First laying down a solid drum set foundation, Stephen returned to Heights Sound Studio for countless hours of playing conga parts, triangle, guiro, agogo, timbales, and multiple sound effects to give the allusion of an entire percussion ensemble on many songs. Check out the solo breaks in GALVESTON BAY and GUMBO MAGIC  to appreciate the musical genius of Stephen Hambright.
